Keitai Girl Performance "Hong Kong Wonderland" directed by Noriko Yamaguchi

May 26th 8pm at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center
ART HONG KONG vernissage performance

artinasia.com and MEM are pleased to present a performance directed by Noriko Yamaguchi with her futuristic character Keitai Girl (mobile phone girl). A group of Keitai Girls will dance, march around the booth, and tempt audience to touch their bodies.

Although these Keitai Girls immortalize modern society’s obsession with technology and communication, they also thrive on their interaction with others - quite a personable and vulnerable emotion.

The performance will take place at 8pm during the ART HK 10 Vernissage on Wednesday, 26 May.

In her body suit covered with mobile phone keypads Keitai Girl (mobile phone girl) represents a kind of modern archetype
: As an avid mobile phone and internet user, she longs for true sensations and physical contact.

Time: The ca. 30-minute performance will be held several times from 10:00 to 17:15
　　 (audience is limited to at most 3 persons per 1 show)
Venue: Galleria LUCE
　　 (Kyoto, Sagyo-ku, Ichijoji, Haraitonocho 12-3, in the basement,
　　 about 5 min from Ichijoji Station on the Eidan Eizan line to Hiei and Kurama)

Admission: 5000 Yen (includes a drink and free admission to the “Keitai Girl Night“ party from 19:30 to 21:00)

There is also a party 'Keitai Girl Night' from 19：30 to 21:00,
The admission is 1000 Yen for this party, or if you have a 5000 Yen ticket of Image Club Show you can enter free.
